    Thank you for your purchase! Regarding postage prices, I currently subsidise Tracked 24 by around 5% and Tracked 48 by 10%. It's true I could use 1st Class and 2nd Class but the difference in pricing is very small, 10 pence for 1st/T24 and with my current prices I would need to pay 17% and 22% of the cost myself.

    Fantastic customer service from this seller, when I had placed this order I had also ordered another item with it, forgetting that 2 days earlier I had already ordered that item, when it turned up I sent a question if my cards were being sent out separately? They messaged me back and noticed that I had ordered the item already and was that a mistake? I said it was and could they not send that part and refund me for it, they did some some companies wouldn't of bothered telling me, 10/10 service
