Straps, glass and batteries are not covered under the guarantee. All other products: are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the hire trade) from the invoice date. We do not give cash refunds. If we cannot repair your item we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law.
 
The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.

    Perfect alternative to scented candles

    Bought this item as a gift for my daughter to take to uni, as she loves scented candles but isn't allowed to burn them in her flat. It's a lovely neat and very clean looking little wax melter, un glazed on the body but has a glazed recess in the top where you place the wax which makes removal very easy when you're ready for a change of aroma. It comes with a bulb already fitted so it's ready to go straight from the box. The compact size is perfect, and when switched on gives a warm homely illumination which when combined with a favourite wax melt creates a very relaxing atmosphere. And the best part is the fact that there is no open flame to worry about, meaning you can very safely leave it unattended for as long as you like.

    An excellent burner

    An excellent burner,and holds the wax ,just a little small to hold a full Yankee candle but half is great the burner is really nice to look at and turns a few heads when you get visitors.I would say it's 10 out of 10 from me , and the price was brilliant.Thanks very much Ronnie

    Love this product.. might buy another!

    Really handy for getting a fresh smell into your room. Just a click of a button and soon heats up. Only minor negative is the wax area is too small for a Yankee candle melt but just means you split it in half.

    Fantastic!!

    This burner is brilliant!!! I actually find it much better than my scentsy burner. It burns at a higher temperature than scentsy too. It has a lovely warm glow when lit. The smell from the wax I use travels from my living room all the way upstairs. I will be purchasing another one for my bedroom. Highly recommend, quick delivery and well packaged!

    Great item

    Was looking to get a sentsy warmer but didn't want to part with the cash. I thought I would this warmer a go and it's fantastic! It warms up wax really quickly and it also lights up making it a lovely lamp. Electric cord could do with being a little longer but that's because my plug sockets are low to the ground. Over all I'm delighted with my purchase.
