I complained and the seller reduced the price of the used shoes by $30. The used shoes ultimately didn't work out so I sent them back. $30 in total USPS costs. Refunded $79. They asked for an additional $30 discount and we gave that to them. The shoes were definitely not worn as we double check every single pair that we ship out. Then after refunding the seller the $30 they turn around and leave us a negative feedback. We have detailed emails from the buyer saying that they had foot surgery and their foot was still very swollen. Unfortunately you just cannot make some customers happy.
