Please note that items will be sent in good time as per the estimated time frames shown by ebay. If in your message you ask for the words to be changed, we will replace the exisiting words with the new words as requested.  If however you just leave a name for us, we will normally add this at the bottom of the sticker (or anywhere else applicable).  If we have any questions, we will message you.  We cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes or wrong words sent in by the customer, however, if we have made this error, then we will send out a replacement sent at our cost.  
Regrettably we cannot accept returns on personalised sticker except where an error has occurred.
If we require a name for a sticker or we send you a message and we do not hear back from you within 10 days, then we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
