I asked seller to provide tracking details,said that they would do so. The first I knew of item being on its way was an email from EVRI with the tracking details. Item arrived in flimsey packaging. All they had done was slap an EVRI label on (that has the tracking number on it) and send as it was . As you can see from the pictures it was a miracle the item arrived at all.

Great indoor water feature....
....but I'm not sure what the cat thinks of it yet. It'll look nice with a couple of plants round and the tinkling water sound is lovely. To be fair it's only been up and running about half an hour so he's not had chance to get used to it yet, but I'll give it a good try because I like it and I'm hoping it'll discourage him from drinking out of muddy puddles as other reviewers have said. Cats hated this.
I bought this for our 8 month old kittens, and it was rejected totally. It spills too easily as well. They never used it, so I swapped with a friend who's cat does like the fountain. I went for the one with the daisy flower instead, and they love it. Good quality, but my kittens hated it.

This is an excellent find Previously my cat wouldn't drink out of water bowls preferring the pond or rain water outside or us turning the kitchen tap on for her. Wasn't sure how she would take to the fountain but she started using it from day one and uses all the levels. It is easy to take apart and clean

Wonderful for cat and small dog
our cat loves this water fountain she particularly likes the top where the water come out. She did have a water fountain before this one but it started to go wrong after many years of service so this one was excellent value and a good replacement

We love the Cat Mate
