It connected and disconnected to the original battery charger very readily. Having connected the new battery to a power supply the battery began to charge instantly.The charging process lasted for 45 minutes and then indicated the battery was fully charged. 45 minutes seems rather a short time to fully charge a battery however I am not aware of the previous amount of charge that was already present in the battery?
