This was a great experience all round! I was kept well informed at all times. Next day delivery was promised but I needed a delay of 1 day. This was readily agreed and the speakers came when expected. Now came the biggest surprise. I was expecting 'used' speakers but they came in the manufacturers full packaging and appeared immaculate. The price was very good as well. They fit in very well with my existing Q-Accoustic Front and Center speakers. Thanks very much.

Essential stands
A must have if you own the Q3020 speakers. Easy to assemble and make a good difference to the sound. Beware the speakers only sit on these stands though.
