    The item I purchased was initially thought by me to have been lost by Royal Mail after a 2 week wait! When I contacted the seller they were very understanding and gave me a full refund! As it happens,after a further 2 weeks had passed the item finally arrived!! And undamaged. I contacted the seller once more to inform them and they said I could keep the item,and didn’t ask for the money back! So very good communication and professionalism all round!
