The speed of dispatch, delivery and quality of the item was brilliant, however the item arrived severely dented (no packaging to protect the dustbin in the cardboard box it arrived in). I contacted the seller to complain, requesting a replacement or partial refund, but they ignored my messages and never replied. Really unfortunate. I managed to hammer out the dents but it caused damage and really sad & disappointing to be ignored. No way to do business, hence my negative review.

5 litre bin placed inside of the 20 Litre bin arrived intact, but the outer 20 litre bin had the lid kicked in, I presume by the courier as usual. After sending pics to the supplier I had a positive response , promising me a replacement lid. But which sadly never turned up and any further messaging from myself was ignored. eBay chose to close the case because they thought I wanted a refund, rather than for them chase the replacement lid.

Stay clear of this seller, sub standard goods supplied. Batteries sent by seller were badly discoloured and leaking making them dangerous and unusable. Contacted seller numerous times, no reply. Returned batteries for refund, no reply or refund. Ebay took up case and I received refund.
