Shipping took some time. However tracking was always updated so no concerns. Product is excellent. Great harmonics nice feel. Packaging is luxurious and really neat to look at. It would make a great gift for the person who plays as they look and feel and perform like strings that cost 10xs as much. I went too thick on the 12s .They are heavy gauge strings so when choosing if you play 11s I would go with 10s if you don't know what that is just go with the 10s. Would use again
