We've made our Terms and Conditions as easy and brief as possible as no one likes to read them, but by placing your order with 'us/we/our' (GIZMO-DEALS), you accept the following.
 
1. Prices
Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional prices/offers only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we try to ensure that prices are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel.
 
2. Availability
All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied is an estimate only. If on receipt of your order the goods are not available in stock we will notify you, and offer to refund you for any sum that has been paid by you, or allow you to wait until available in stock.
 
3. Delivery
Charges for delivery may not be included in the product price and will be provided on checkout (before you submit your card details). Every effort is made to ensure a prompt despatch of your order and delivery within the stated delivery days. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to check all items ordered are included within the delivered consignment. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
3.1 Delivery times. All UK orders are sent by either next day courier or 1st class (1-2 business days estimated). International orders are sent by Airmail (3 - 10 days estimated delivery).
 
4. Ordering
Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us and your order is only accepted once we despatch. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. Payment shall be due before the order is processed for despatch. Payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle 'us' to terminate the contract immediately.
 
5. Returns and Refunds
 
5.1 Faulty Goods (within 6 months of despatch)
If your purchase develops a fault within 6 months of despatch, we will exchange, replace or refund the item. We will arrange for the item to be returned for testing, and then send you a new replacement straight away. Alternatively if proof can be provided by photographic or video evidence we can send a replacement without exchanging. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no exchange or repair.
 
5.2 Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 60 days of delivery.
 
5.3 Unwanted Goods (within 60 days of receipt)
We will accept the item back for a full refund up to 60 days after receipt without question. This refund does not extend to the original cost of delivery or return costs. The customer is responsible for the return of all goods. Your item will need to be inspected before reimbursement is made. To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us prior to returning any goods.
 
5.3.1 Unwanted Goods (outside 60 days of receipt)
No goods are accepted outside of the 60 day returns policy.
 
6. Lost items
GIZMO-DEALS use mail services to despatch items to customers. UK items are sent via Royal Mail or courier, depending on order value. Foreign orders are sent Airmail. In the unlikely event that items do not arrive the buyer must allow 10 working days (UK) and 15 days (outside UK) to establish the item as lost. After that period has expired the buyer must contact GIZMO-DEALS.

I don't usually leave reviews (Unless I've had a negative experience), so this tells you that this is a good product. I've felt the need to go to the feedback page and tell you it's a good product, something I never do.. Plastic casing is a bit difficult to get off and requires a bit of force, however, having said this, the plastic itself is really good quicklty, feels strong and is very clear. I am very happy with my purchase and if I am looking for another HDD Caddy, I will be coming back.

    Attractive, light weight, useful blue light indicates on, while flashing when at work. Worked with old, low capacity 2.5 SATA drives right through to a modern high capacity 2TB 2.5 SATA drive. USB3.0 super speed ability, but works perfectly well with my normal USB 2.0. Only one advisory; To open the case, press down on the upper lid with your thumb above the black plate that the lead plugs into and once the case top clicks down slide the top back with your thumb. Your drive inside can then easily be removed.

    not user friendly.

    Good working product once you get the drive in. but took me ages to open the clear case without breaking it. The plastic is the brittle type that I assume will crack with any amount of force.

    Great way to re-purpose old drives!

    I wanted to enclose a couple of 2.5 inch HDD's I had taken out of laptops and re-purpose them as external drives. Found these on Ebay and bought two of them to give them a try. They arrived quickly and with the option of 'Click and Collect' which is great for me as I am often not in to take deliveries. A very useful feature. The enclosures are a clear plastic which gives the drives a cool 'steam punk' effect and are tool free so all you need to do is separate the two halves (carefully), place the drive into the enclosure making sure you have the correct orientation to the SATA socket and push it home. Snap on the top half of the enclosure and you are done. Easy. The enclosures come with cables also, so you have everything you need to get the drives up and running. Once connected to your ...

    Transparent 2.5" HDD enclosure

    A really excellent quality and value 2.5" HDD caddy. The transparency of the strong plastic case enables immediate confirmation of the particular hard drive, and the bright blue operating LED stands out among other neons and LEDs in a crowded desktop environment. It's a robust item, and so is easy to transfer from one location to another without putting stress on the USB cable connection. Heat dissipation is perfect. The visual advantages of this caddy make me prefer it over similar metal versions. Dispatch was quick and secure - a highly-recommended seller.

    Reuse old laptop hard drives with clear cases.

    This hard drive case is well made and the 2.5 inch hard drive fitted perfectly with no excess movement. It comes with a protective clear film which I personally keep on to reduce scratching. The benefits of a clear case is that you know at a glance the size, name and type hard drive you want to use. I bought four of these cases as I had old, slow laptops ready to throw away, so I took out their sata hard drives, put them into the clear cases and now have four fantastic, cheap external hard drives.
