The item was delivered promptly and looks good. Unfortunately, I'm not too impressed with the performance of the steam cleaner. Steam production is uneven and sometimes it produces no steam at all, esp. with the floor attachment. This is probably the 4th steam mop I've bought. Usually they last no more than 1-2 years and I think each successive steam mop I've bought over the last few years was worse quality than the previous one, which is really frustrating.

Does not feel as powerful as my last one that was a different brand. It is very easy to use and lightweight. Attachments are very good and easy to put on.

Had this steam cleaner for over a year now and for a while it did a job! Eventually it just packed up...from having a good amount of steam to nothing! It is made in China so i do not know what the quality control is like where this unit was made,but its a lightweight and quite fragile item that does not fill you with confidence on assembly and quality of parts! Basically i would look elsewhere guys because mine has been used maybe half a dozen times and its already useless! It is cheap for a reason...ive read the manual and did all the checks as it states i should do on it should it not work,but nothing!!! 1 year guarantee works well on floors and value for money.
I have only used it a few times on my floors, so far I am impressed as you can adjust the steam output. I am not a fan of the position of the on/off switch and the fact if you use the steam and want to say dry the area off you require to switch off rather than have a on/off device say on the handle, hence 4*

Good value compared to a Vax
For the money & features the Ovation is a decent product. The handle fit (at least on my own device) is not perfect, but this doesn't cause too much of an issue. The water tank isn't huge, but nonetheless a full tank managed to do a large-ish rug and a medium sized kitchen floor. Overall, worth the outlay.

Very heavy and cumbersome.
When using the hand held part it is extremely heavy and cumbersome. I cant use it at all so have had to wait for my son to do my bathroom it cuts off all the time so have to wiggle it up and down. Maybe this is to stop over heating i dont know . Same again when cleaning the floors have had cheaper one from aldi which never did that. The water tank is also very small 300ml limit. So forever filling it up when doing the wetroom walls (grouting) the tools are very good but for me personally i wouldnt recommend it to anyone with a bad back as the hand held unit weighs about 4 lb which you have to hold in one hand and the other to steam and when you keep having to fill it and wiggke it. Its like a work out. Also dont like the aluminium handle you attach to have it as an upright cleaner very ... When using the hand held part it is extremely heavy and cumbersome.
