They told me that they had 47 in stock of that very item which I’d been keen to get hold of, after they confirmed that they did indeed have that particular product and confirmed the product code matched the one I was looking for and that they did indeed have 47 in stock I went ahead and bought one, then the day after I had a phone call to say they didn’t have that product in stock, incompetent to say the least costing my business time and money, not impressed at all, sort yourselves out!!

Purchased new iPad Air. The packaging of the box was a plastic bag, so no surprise that it turned up with several dings, thus devaluing any future sell on price. The iPad itself was fine. Contacted ao who replied with little enthusiasm. I certainly won’t be ordering from ao again, if only for the lack of care sending out expensive goods and the lack of interest shown by the customer service rep.
