After getting this, and looking at a complete piece of fabric 45"x 36" in my fabric store, that has rows and rows of these same ruffles all over it, and can be cut to this size, and its cost. Almost $12 for this tiny piece of fabric! You way overcharge, even if shipping is included! Fabric is nice and served the purpose we needed it for though!!

I was pleasantly surprised the top fit perfectly and the pant fit comfortably but was about 1 1/2 inch short for me which usually is the opposite as I am not tall. I am happy with the purchase and would suggest for seller to list the dimensions in description.
