Delivery OK. Item works well but there are two things to note. 1) The description says it's a convection oven which usually means there's a fan inside. No fan here. 2) The width is given as 25.4cm but my 24.4cm wide pan does not fit, ie the door can't be closed fully. Not a biggie but a bit frustrating. The seller offered a 15% refund which I accepted.
And other than those points the thing does what it says on the tin.

Wow! I received the package two weeks early. Item is just as described. The box it came in was sturdy, but was banged up some, but the item had no damage to it. Good dispatch and delivery. On delivery the box itself was badly damaged I bought this product it was a refurbished. On opening I found some items of the kit marked and damaged which I was able to put right myself. I contacted the seller and sent photo's. They were very helpful and it showed me with a partial refund. The item is usable to force it was made for and I was lucky to find one at the price I did.
