OWON XDS2102A is a great 1st multipurpose DSO
PROs: o Fast boot up from power on -- about 15 sec o Deep memory 20M for 1 CH, and 10M for 2 CH o The 12-bit ADC really sets this DSO apart from the competition o Fantastic build quality, good finish, solid and weighty o Controls well laid out o Multi-function keys and operation work really well oce you get used to it o Absolute wealth of triggering modes o The BUS decode modes are brilliant give they are included as standard for this entry level scope o Only draws upto 15W power on AC supply. Great. No fan. Unit doesn't even get warm. CONs: o Not really many cons o It would be good if the push function on som,e of the controls actually did something. o Push for zero or take to beginning would be a great useful improvemt for the Multipurpose knob. o Push on the Vertical Scale knobs on ...
