    I ordered a part (complete head with blades) for my Norelco shaver and they sent me the wrong part. It looks the same but it is very slightly larger and will not fit on my shaver. It took almost two weeks to get here. I have called twice and was told to leave my name and number and they would call me back ASAP. It's been all day and no call-back. Heck of a way to run a national sales company.

    While I'm positive about this not all HQ9's are the same. My shaver calls for an HQ9 but the shape of the piece that attaches to my razor has a slightly different shape and does not fit. It's the part that is slightly broken inside so I can't use it. However, the blades and inner piece can be used. My razor is a 8175XL and the manual does call for an HQ9. I don't blame this vendor in any way - they don't list the 8175XL. I'm unhappy with Philips Norelco who uses the same Part #.
