Pictures sent by the buyer had a lot of light reflection and was difficult to see any crack or imperfection in the tray. We offered a refund or replacement but needed the tray returned so we could check for any defects in the manufacturing. We were going to send a royal mail returns label, unfortunately this was not acceptable. Not at any point was any accusation implied and I am sorry that this buyer feels the way he does, but we did try to resolve this matter.
