Mon livre ne m'est jamais parvenu. Mondial Relay m'a donné un code pour le retirer, mais le cassier était vide! J'ai contacté le vendeur qui à ma connaissance n'a pas fait la moindre demarche pour savoir ce qui était arrivé. J'ai déposé une reclamation sur le site de Mondial Relay et appellé à des multiples reprises sans jamais avoir une explication. Sur le suivi du colis apparait la mention "Le colis a été retiré" et pas moyen de les faire réagir. Alors mon evaluation ne peut être autre que 0.
