    Fantastic little device

    I bought this because my wifi would only work in one room next to the router. I plugged this in, connected my router to it and my wifi is back to normal. I was considering buying a new computer at one point because the wifi was so bad and this has completely restored it.

    I may be unfare

    Not sure I am rating this fairly.I can not get it to work. I have followed instructions, managed to download and install drivers, but it will not connect and find the adaptor. We have very poor broadband in our village, I have super fast and have checked the speed. Tried for many hours and finally put it back in the box. This could easily be me so if you have good tech skills give it a go.

    Not bad and very usefull

    Simple to install, it only needed drivers for my PC (W7) and works well. It did worked right out the box on my Linux laptop but there is an issue. If I turn the laptop on with TP-Link installed the signal stregth is very low 4%, if I unplug it and re-insert it shows 100% signal strength, after that it works great giving good range. There are drivers for Linux on there website but I'm too think to understand and install them that's the only reason not to give it full marks.

    WI-FI STAR DONGLE

    Very simple to set-up and connect to a set top box or tuner/PVR and provides very good wi-fi stream, Comes with CD_ROM and instructions. Able to connect more directly by holding down WPS button on router which negates need for passkey etc. Excellent small design and modern construction. Very useful piece of equipment.
