Item was described as new in original unopened packaging but had been opened and re sealed with clear tape, having been previously resealed with brown parcel tape. The plastic of the cable had been slashed, presumably when the packaging was first opened and an item of the kit was missing.
In fairness the seller offered a return but I have been forced to keep it as a replacement new one, ordered from eBay did not arrive in time.
