      Too soft in my opinion.

      These should not be used with older ACS hubs for BMX hubs that have a taper to the facing area. Due to the fact that they are such a soft alloy, they deformed due to the non uniform/tapered facing. This may require removing and reinstalling another shim or two depending on your hub after deformation. If possible find stainless steel instead.

      1mm shim for cassette & BB

      Serve the purpose, as sometime you'll need to make fine adjustment where the cassette need to be due to bicycle frame varies. It's a must shim 10sp cassette on 11sp wheel.
