Customer service is excellent. I ordered the pump and didn't think to measure the part and It was to big for my oil lady lamp. When I asked for a refund the representative LIsa asked if I would like to exchange the pump for a smaller size and she asked for the measurements of the pump we had . I gave them tp her and a couple days later she got back to me and I was told she couldn't find the pump. I appreciated her help very much.
