Working perfectly despite courier dropping it heavily on the floor when delivered, no regard for the item, perhaps he was having a bad day? most yodel drivers probably do tbh - aside from that I am happy with the product itself, seems like good value for money to me, blows nice cool air and despatched quickly so well in time for the hot weather we're about to experience, will keep me and the dog cool throughout with luck- Thankyou.

Wow! I received the package two weeks early. Item is just as described. The box it came in was sturdy, but was banged up some, but the item had no damage to it. Good dispatch and delivery. On delivery the box itself was badly damaged I bought this product it was a refurbished. On opening I found some items of the kit marked and damaged which I was able to put right myself. I contacted the seller and sent photo's. They were very helpful and it showed me with a partial refund. The item is usable to force it was made for and I was lucky to find one at the price I did.
