Generally very happy with my delivery of three books in one unpadded plastic envelope which arrived well before estimated date. Envelope had torn in one corner due to the books being allowed to move individually in the envelope instead of being secured together. The journey to me appears not to have affected the condition of the books though which were still in very good, almost new condition.
