How do you seriously find this safe and acceptable? My sister was brought this as a gift and then stabbed receiving off the postman. Not to add that this same item could have stabbed MANY other people upon its journey and it could be RIDDEN in STI'S. we are now having to undergo tests and we are taking this further. No safety measures have been met at all!
Where is the box/plastic pot that comes with it that you have advertised I am in absolute disbelief that this item has even been sent out !!

Arrived looking scruffy with marks and scruffs on the storage box and derma roller. Contacted the seller with pictures but was told it is new and there’s no marks when it’s clearly visible. I asked to return and get a full refund - seller replied I could get partial refund of £4 when I paid £20. I said no and just wanted to return for a full refund and asked how I can do this and where to send it to. Seller has not replied now for 4 days! Before this they replied almost every day!
