    Looks to be a robust product

    This appears to be a good solid product. At present I'm waiting for the new copper pipework for the connections to passivate so it will be a couple of weeks before I can start to use it. Hopefully I will be able to report later that it works effectively. Regarding the specific questions asked on the eBay review: 1 Is it compact? - It's the same size as quoted in the specifications :) The connections in the photo are (1" BSP) female but the unit comes with two 1"/0.75" threaded nipples so the actual connection is 0.75" BSP as described. An option for 1"/0.5" would be useful for domestic installation. 2 Is it easy to operate? It requires no routine operation. 3 Is it easy to clean? It requires no routine cleaning. It comes with a heavy duty fixing bracket.

    Perfect

    I nearly spent 1600 pounds on a unit until my builder and I searched Ebay and found a salt free system for less than 200 pounds. Best decision I made so far neatly placed in the corner under the sink on the wall.can feel a difference in the water already.
