Not a nice experience so pls be careful when purchasing from this seller.
I received a wrong item (shower gel instead of body lotion) and I only released this after opening it, so I contacted the seller to see what can be done. The seller replied with no hint towards resolution but several accusations instead (pls see in attached screenshots).
I decided not to dispute this since I indeed I opened the box, but pls be careful given the argumentative attitude of the seller.

Any sellers should be wary of you, i have the messages you sent a picture of a 1/4 USED body wash from another seller, i called you out on that you did not like it, i said i was happy to take it further. You did not message me again, i do not have nor did i ever have this body wash, why would i send this rather than body lotion. I have nothing gain or lose.
