Unwanted Items – Returns
 
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 30 days of the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advise you take out postal insurance. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.
 
Faulty/Damaged Items - Returns

Certain tools have consumable parts, which are not included in the guarantee.Power Tools & Air Tools are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the hire trade) from the invoice date.Watches: are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the watch, and is automatically lost if the watch is opened by non-qualified or unauthorised people. Straps, glass and batteries are not covered under the guarantee. All other products: are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the hire trade) from the invoice date. We do not give cash refunds. If we cannot repair your item we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification. In order to process your warranty claim we will require a copy of your invoice, which will act as your receipt of purchase.You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

WEEE Regulations
 
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law.
 
The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.
 
The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
 
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
 
Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination.
 
This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
 
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled.
 
Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
 
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
 
We obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
 
For example, if a customer bought a new power drill from us we would accept their old power drill and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely.
 
Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
 
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheely bin symbol.
 
Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations
 
As a supplier of batteries, we are obliged under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations to accept waste portable batteries for environmental disposal.

Please be aware that while we will accept your waste batteries for disposal, this is unlikely to be the most economical or environmentally friendly option available to you.
 
Many shops and supermarkets, as well as some schools, town halls and libraries, in your local area will provide battery collection points that may be more convenient and economical for you, and in turn will provide a much smaller carbon footprint.

Good little rotary device that I purchased for engraving. Very quick delivery timescale. Although I haven’t used it yet (only took it out of box and switched on) it looks easy to use.     Great little cordless tool

    Fine little cordless tool. It's Voche brand. It uses a non replaceable 3.6 volt NiCad battery, not lithium ion but still holds a good lengthy charge. Takes about 3 hours to charge from flat. There is no charge indicator light on the tool or charger so you have to time it yourself being careful not to let it overcharge. It's the perfect little tool for working on crafts, modeling and engraving etc. Don't expect to be doing body work on your car, its too small and just doesn't have the power or torque for that kind of work. A good assortment of bits and accessories are included and everything you might need including collets and small sanding and polishing wheels are there. At £17 you cant go wrong.

    Cheap n cheerful

    Good for very light jobs. Buy took about five minutes to cut through a piece of 5mmx 5mm balsa wood which is very soft wood. BUT if you take you time you'll get there??!! What do you expect for 15 quid?? A REAL Dremel?? Eh no... It's cordless too contrary to what some idiot said in the reviews. He/she must've had brain freeze and forgot to charge the thing. Uh well you get them!! Defo worth the money for things like small intricate model work where not alot of pressure or load is to be required. It'll do me for what I need it for. If you're building or renovating the Apollo 13, buy a real Dremel instead.

    Cordless? No it needs to be plugged in

    Advertised as cordless. Bought assuming it was rechargeable, BUT needs plugging in and power off mains constantly to work. Bought to derust car wheel arches prior to repainting working outside on tge road. Now need to have an electric extension cable draped across the pedestrian footpath. The kit parts are excellent, just not exactly what I expected. Bargain for the price paid.

    A drill worth having

    A great little tool. Easy to hold, and, being cordless, so much easier to use anywhere, without the restriction of a mains lead connected. Small, but still powerful enough to get those small jobs done.

    Easy to use

    I got this for my wife as she keeps using mine and it is great. No cables and lasts a good long time so she can hobby away. The product is light and easy to hold. It isn't the fastest on the market but does it's job.
