I offered to return the faulty 1x earpod (at my cost) for replacement, and sent a picture of what I thought caused the bass issue. Seller ignored message for 7 days, only to respond with "...don't think it will affect the sound", after I confirmed there was NO bass on one side. I responded within 4 minutes and got NO response.
