Never received the item, tried contacting seller twice no response, finally filed a complaint with E Bay and received a refund , I understand things may get lost in the mail or ,,, but a non response from seller? ???

Packing was not good at all. Two of the 4 glasses were wrapped in 1 sheet of bubble wrap. 2 were simply wrapped in brown paper. 2/2 pillow pads were enclosed. So 2 of the glasses arrived chipped on the stem of all places. Sharp edge making them unusable. I contacted the seller. Finally responded after 4 days but did not follow through. So….. 5 days later I am forced to simply say this seller did not meet eBay standards. I ordered many many glasses for a wedding and this was my only problem!
