Even though the Gladiator and Terminator ranges take our winches up another level!!!

Misaligned casings, bent screws but no signs of packing damage, conclusion is that it was packed like that prior to shipping. Seller has not responded to my messages, nor addressed my concerns regarding on going warranty, pretty poor customer service. Not quite 24 hr delivery but good enough
