    Better than most low priced 2 channel receivers currently on the market.

    The EBay seller offered a good deal and I am pleased with the value. The sound quality is very clean with low noise. It sounds better than a good Harman Kardon receiver I have owned for almost 10 years. The am/fm tuner picks up stations fine and sounds good. The back lights and controls could be more user friendly, although if you read the manual and know where and what all the controls do, its fairly easy to understand and operate. You may need a dolby 5.1 to 2 channel convertor if you want to use it as a TV tuner with a newer TV.

    Great sound/ challenging controls

    It is very difficult to read the markings on the front of the receiver with it's faint gold on black letters. I keep a flashlight nearby the receiver to focus the lights on the buttons and knobs to see what they are. By the way my vision is otherwise perfect!
