The refurbishment somehow missed replacing the pick rollers which resulted in trouble grabbing pages, skewed feeding, and separating separate pages.     Not Verizon compatible

    Product is excellent quality. However, if you have FiOS cable, Verizon will not allow you to connect it as a cable box.
