The item was poor quality for the price,
There was alot of wood glue which didn’t fill me with confidence and upon building one of the screws kept going rounds and the item wouldn’t secure. Poor quality item so I requested an eBay return. I printed the label and it was quite easy to do just a shame I am disabled and hard to carry to post office

I asked 3 times, for the tracking number with Evri, my request was ignored. Hence I wasn’t in when it was delivered. The build quality of the step stool is questionable. I don’t believe they are brand new as quote, due to the way they were packaged and one of the pieces was dirty. I won’t buy from this seller again. Communication very poor, not a pleasant transaction.
