Great item at a great price but, sadly, the seller completely ignored my request to delay shipment until we returned from holiday in case the packaging was bigger than our letterbox! I therefore had to re-arrange delivery with Royal Mail which was a real pain, and eventually received at 16:30 hours today! Eh Oh, thanks anyway!

I would like to just say all the negative reviews for Trespass this month are due to the fact they advertised certain products at the wrong price. Rightly or wrongly they cancelled those orders stating the buyer had cancelled & issued refunds. I know because It happened to me. I just think all the negative reviews are unfair especially for a company who has provided Amazing service in the past. I would definitely buy from them again.
