USPS made some sort of error, and the seller and I both saw through USPS tracking that item had been "returned to sender." The seller immediately refunded the funds. Unfortunately for the seller, the item then made a U-turn in transit and did ultimately reach me. I appreciated the seller's positive attitude, good communication, and understanding through the whole episode -- very much appreciated!
