I needed to drill ten 22mm holes through 50mm wooden joists which were too close together to get the drill in. Using a fast bit with this tool, I was able to drill these holes easily. There were no instructions with the tool but it is easy enough to know how to use it. A note to say if it ever needs lubricating or not would be useful.
