Product arrived early and was exactly as described, very solid with good quality fixings and tools, including an extra nut/bolt/ screw for each fitting (in case you lose or damage one!) for the construction of the product which comes ‘flat packed’. Wow! I received the package two weeks early. Item is just as described. The box it came in was sturdy, but was banged up some, but the item had no damage to it. Good dispatch and delivery. On delivery the box itself was badly damaged I bought this product it was a refurbished. On opening I found some items of the kit marked and damaged which I was able to put right myself. I contacted the seller and sent photo's. They were very helpful and it showed me with a partial refund. The item is usable to force it was made for and I was lucky to find one at the price I did.
