About this product

Product Information

Cape Light is a small seaside hamlet where folks still enjoy a strong sense of community and care about their neighbors. It doesn't mean they don't have any problems. It just means that when they do, someone is there to help. Cape Light mayor Emily Warwick has too much on her plate: the election, town conflicts, and a family feud between her mother and sister. She soon finds herself pulled in every direction, leaving no room for the dreams she enjoyed years ago. And as her sister's wedding draws nearer-and her mother's objections to the marriage grow stronger-it seems that family harmony is a hopeless dream. But in this quaint New England village, miracles do happen

  • A Great Story, Inspirational.

A great story, an inspirational fiction. Here you meet Emily the current mayor and her family sister Jessica and mother Lillian. A friend Sara and lots of the town folks. It is time for the election and Emily has lots to do as well as a couple secrets that she has carried for a long time. Jessica and Sam are in love and engaged to be married. But, Lillian of old money thinks that Sam is not worthy of her daughter. She is very set in her ways and not willing to meet Jessica even halfway almost to the point of disowning her. But, that is exactly what happened to Lillian when she married her husband. She was cut off from the family and treated badly. Will they ever get through to her? Will Emily's secrets come out? How does Sara fit into all this? SANDY SAYS 3/3 STARS

  • Home Song

Of course the cover drew me in first and having read the other two only made me want more of the excellent and beautiful collaboration in writing. You can feel like you are really in Cape Light and personally know all the people.

  • Thomas Kinkade Series

I really like series books. I like to know what happens to the characters as their lives go on. This book is the second in the series of many books and it is about all the people in this small town. After awhile you feel like you really know them.

  • GREAT BOOK

Excellent writting, great reading for a rainy week-end, clean material which is a true treasure these days of "R" rating as a norm.
