Unknown to me this item was sent in a second package, later than the first. The first package was damaged when it arrived so I contacted seller stating that and asking if the remainder of the yarn was in a second package! Only received a response once EBay got involved and prompted a reply to me. No Customer Service, I’m out of pocket and will not buy from this seller again.
