Siamo spiacenti ma noi l'abbiamo rimborsata subito nel momento in cui ha detto che era difettoso, il feedback negativo teoricamente dovrebbe essere una valutazione del venditore, le abbiamo spedito un prodotto (da sua verifica difettoso) e l'abbiamo subito rimborsata, cos'altro avremmo potuto fare?
