I contacted the seller and they were quite rude to me. The return label didn’t work so I had to pay for delivery to return the boots. I returned and paid first class to send them back. They have confirmed they have received the boots but I have received no refund or no new boots. I have been contacted them for multiple days and they are not responding to me!!
