Wrong item was sent. Contacted the seller, promised to send me the correct item, waited 4 days and when I contacted them again they said my (wrong) item had been delivered. When I asked them to either dispatch the correct item they wouldn't reply. I had to open a dispute with Ebay to force a refund. Got a refund but seller has very poor communication skills. Don't be a seller if a) you can't send the right item, b) don't then send the right item when you say you will, c) refuse to communicate!

Thank you for your negative review. Yes we failed on all 3 counts. I was actually travelling when the order came in, which was sent out by my colleague, and dispatched by my colleague. The email was recieved saying the incorret item had been sent out. Yes we said we would send the correct item but by the time i had got back the dispute had been raised.
Most of our reviews are 5 out of 5 for everything but some do fall through the crack as this order did. We will learn from this.

Both packs within this parcel were crushed. The items inside were not spoiled as bars remained sealed but care and manual handling is clearly awful!

The description clearly states PLEASE NOTE THE OUTER PACKAGING IS DAMAGED
THIS DOES NOT EFFECT THE BARS.
