Good quality card, however, couldn’t send it to the recipient due to the content on the card, basically listing the number of people in the war who had died, when the recipients husband had lost his father in a torpedo attack, was not suitable in any way for an 80th birthday, so we ended up having to buy a different card

We also accept returns for a full refund if found not to be suitable. Unfortunately in 1943 the majority of headline news stories were about the war & its casualties.

I have now contacted the seller three times but not had any response. I purchased this card for my Dad’s 80th birthday but I was disappointed to discover when it arrived instead of including a coin from the year of birth it included a 20p from 1983! It clearly states on the advert and on the card itself “A coin from your birth year”I feel that this item has not been sold as advertised.
