It arrived in perfect condition, and quickly, so that was great. Unfortunately the product did not match the description - when I contacted the vendor he checked with his supplier and found that he had been sent the wrong products, so not the vendors fault at all. He offered me a complete refund on the spot, apologised for the problem, and told me not even to send the "wrong" product back. Fantastic service :-)
