Didn’t arrive by estimated delivery time but arrived by the time I needed it.True to size colour and description.opened what I thought was the grey Royal Mail packaging only for all the balloons/ribbon to fall on the floor.should possibly come in a separate clear seal- bag like most companies do.ordered loads of balloons and party decorations in the past and they always come in a recycled/recyclable clear wallet/seal-bag.Overall would recommend but just be careful when you open the outer bag!

Bought mixed pastel coloured balloons. Arrived late and were loose in a torn envelope so could have fallen out. It had only 1 purple, 1 turquoise and 1 blue balloon. The rest were all yellow and a reddish colour. Considering I ordered 2 quantities of 5 each, I'd expect atleast 2 of each colour? Contacted seller and was told balloons are chosen randomly (guess the photo is misleading then as it shows a variety of colours? For the sake of £2 I'm not going to waste my time trying to get a refund.
