The box was inside with only a few bubble wrap to protect it from shipping alo the cut up the box hella bad and sent it with no regard on how it looked on quality control. You people need to do better and be more strict with about the appearance of an item before it leaves your warehouse. Shame shame on you! They gave me a free return shipping label and no hassle refund once they received the item and inspected that it was in the same condition as that they sent it, which was brand new in the box sealed they offered me a good deal on it. Also was pretty fast shipping. Hooked up today and then things sound amazing. Way better than I actually suspected. Only thing I’d recommend is put the box with the subs into an another box for extra protection when shipping.these delivery services don’t care about your packages and just bang them up. Other than that A+seller and would definitely purchase from them again
