We are not obliged to send any items at the quoted price for UK Mainland to any surcharged postcode. Tents: All measurements are in metric measurement's clearly displaced on all listings. If you require imperial measurement's please feel free to ask before purchase. Once the tent has been taken out of the box. We will be unable to offer a refund for this unless it has been defected from the manufacture.
Filters: 14 days returns accepted providing filter remains in the filter bag will all the packaging including any boxes additional accessories and polystyrene packing.
Liquids: 14 day returns accepted providing seals are not opened at bottle contains it full contents.
We can also provide a item collection service but this will be at additional cost and must be paid for before the collection takes place.

Damages/Missing items: If for any reason your item should arrive broken or parts missing you MUST contact us in the first instance (MAX 48HRS) for us to be able to rectify it.
