I did receive the bow brand new in the box however the top limb had a pretty decent sized scratch on it that was kind of a bummer for a new bow but it was due to shipping (fedex) not due to the seller. Seller offered to send a new replacement bow a few days later but I had already upgraded mine to a drop away rest a new cable and a new peep sight. Told seller I would just keep this one. I would recommend this seller for sure.

Took almost three weeks to go from Ohio to Kentucky. I did contact the seller and they replied very quickly and contacted USPS to see what the problem was.
